Just watched the streaming version of The Daily Show for 2/28/2012. (I'm too cheap to have cable.)
During a bit in which he uses a large pushbutton toy as a "flip-flop finder," as he's about to press the button, he says, "No Whammies, no whammies!"
It's at about 3:25 into the full episode.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the same button prop from Stephen Colbert's regular segment (pre-"Colbert Report") "The Week in God," in which he would occasionally use the "no whammies, no whammies" line.
