Haven't seen anything in the forum about this, but apparently Vanna had a scuffle with Samsung after they used her appearance in a print ad.  We're using the New York Right of Privacy statute as the basis of my class in law school, and this was one of the cases we've looked at.  It's an interesting read, if you get the legal jargon.

EDIT: The case was submitted in '91 and decided in '92.

Three more months from now, Vanna will be around to do Wheel in 2012!
