I have enormous faith in the amount of win this episode is going to produce.

I really hope the audience isn't in on the joke. Gags look good.
-
I still remember one from a few years ago where Rich referred to the studio as "The Bill Cullen Studio." Sure, it was an April Fool's joke, but a nice tribute, nonetheless. And from what I'm seeing here...my DVR is ready.
-
Looks like they're taking it to another level. If the audience isn't in on it, this will be great.
I really like how each of Drew's April Fools shows have been unique and fairly elaborate.
-
I think I'm going to like this program better than the last two Drew shows because it looks like they're gonna play the show like normal with everything going wrong around it.
/And Drew not forcing jokes at every turn.

Zero?
Oh, you said 'win', not 'wins'. My mistake.
-
I don't think the audience will be in on it- if you take a look at when the car goes through the door in the video (about 16 seconds in), you see a display with balloons that says "10,000"- Maybe they tell the audience that this is the 10,000th episode?

Without spoiling anything, this show was a lot of fun and probably the best April Fools show they've done so far since Drew has come on board.
Last year's "Mimi Takes Over" show was over the top and Mimi's continuous appearances just took away from the actual show. This was just perfect -- the show stayed on track and it appeared the audience, at least for most of the show, had no clue what was going on.
And based on the comments in the Twitter-verse, the vast majority of average viewers really enjoyed it.

I dunno, I am kind of partial to the one with the occasional mixed up sound effects, mostly for the Match Game shout-outs.
I missed Wheel and J!, did they do anything?

Wheel had every puzzle contain the world "fool." As best as I could tell, Jeopardy! did nothing.

And amazingly, the contestants never caught on. The last puzzle may have been "Won't Get Fooled Again", but... *sunglasses* ...it sure looks like they did.
