Ironically Saturday night has three of the network's highest-rated shows (two repeats of "Family Feud" and the 7PM "DOND"), all without the expensive hype of last year's 'BIG Saturday Night' debacle.  And, as expected (with a couple of weeks' sampling), Wink's new 'Instant Recall' is 'Da Bomb.'  The 11PM Friday repeat of 'IR' got higher viewership numbers than the 8PM one's on Thursday and Friday.

So wait. One repeat of a piss-poor original got higher ratings than another repeat of a piss-poor original?

I was listening to the "rapping Wink" commercial last night, and the following came to mind:

"I feel bad for Wink Martindale.  His new game show is doomed to fail."

/Maybe they should have had the Dragon rap instead.
