Title: Original Supermarket Sweep

I was watching a b&w ep of Supermarket Sweep. It was boring. It was more interview than game play. They played  one game guess what's in unlabeled can. There was no footage of the Sweep just the cash register totals of the contestants. Was this standard practice for the in the 60's?

I would think the episode's edited -- if there was a Supermarket Sweep with no visible sweep, the show would have been cancelled in short order and remain in obscurity.

Yeah, I've seen a '60s "Supermarket Sweep" episode at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago, and there was definitely a sweep.
