For those interested, the Las Vegas Advisor has a "Question of the Day" article on its website every day.  Today's (Friday, 1/4/2008) article is a question and answer about the 1970's game show "Gambit".

Of course, it's possible that the questioner was thinking of Top Card, which definitely ran in the 80s.
