Bob Barker is scheduled to be one of Craig's guests on Wednesday, May 16.
/I'd love to see Bob destroy more of the set this time!
-
Speaking of Barker, unless plans have changed, he's scheduled to do a top ten list on letterman tonight.
EDIT: Well, I guess plans changed and he wasn't on letterman last night.
-
Bob did tape a Top Ten yesterday, but when the audience asked when it would air, nobody was sure. One of the dates suggested as a possibility was May 16 -- maybe he'll do that and then appear on The Late Late Show right after?

That's a heck of a flight ;-)

I guarantee you that if Bob taped a top ten for Letterman, he did it via satellite from studio 33.
-
Really? I just figured he was on a Concorde.

I just received word that Bob's Top 10 List will be airing on "Late Show w/ David Letterman" next Wednesday, May 16th...Then Bob will be on "The Late, Late Show w/ Craig Ferguson" following Letterman.
And, of course, the Million Dollar Spectacular will be airing earlier in the evening.
So the unofficial "Bob Barker Day" on CBS will be on May 16th, for those keeping score at home.
Also, in that same release, they list that Top 10 List on Thursday, May 17th will be read by Homer Simpson!

I can just see this....Can you see him winding up on every single CBS show during the day? Bob on Early Show........The beginning of Y&R with some characters watching TPiR and the Big Wheel and a contestant with a monster spin of the wheel.....Pan to the TV, where Bob looks at the camera and says "See? I told you we would go into Y&R, and no one listened to me..."

If that were the case, I'd want to see Bob and Dave Price's meetup on the Early Show.
"Dave: Yeah, I tried out to become your successor. I think I did a good job. What did you think?
Bob: For you, the price is wrong, b****."

So even cartoons only go on Letterman when they're pimping a movie.
There'd be worse days of programming than Bob Barker Day. They could have run the "How I Met Your Mother" that day. Put him on "Oprah"--which CBS syndicates even if it's not on their stations. On CSI the big wheel could roll off its mooring and flatten someone.
