In the intro, to tonights show. It mentioned something about learning something from game shows even Deal or No Deal. The show is on right now on MSNBC (8:00 PM EST) or if you cant see it now, the show is reaired at midnight EST.
It wasn't much, just some economists giving some obvious answers. Some interesting analysis on Jeopardy! (and I thought some on this forum analyzed Jeopardy! too much).
If you want to see it, it comes on about 40 minutes into the hour.
Keith Olbermann, "We actually reached a point where economists are analyzing Howie Mandel."

This might well have been a repurposing of the piece the Today Show did last Friday.

Hmmmmm....
Today airs on NBC
DoND airs on NBC
Countdown airs on...(wait for it) MSNBC. (To quote "Drawn Together", uhh DUHHH!)
Okay, I know I'm stretching, but I can't help but think there's no coincidence behind all this.
As long as I don't see a report on karma and "My Name is Earl" clips. ;-)

Did Olbermann say anything about how his producers forced him to do the story? Serious question--he says that all the time about celebrity "news", for instance.
