I will off-hand apologize if such photos have been shown, unbeknownst to me!

Here is a set shot of Password in Spain.  What do you think?

I think the host's lecturn looks neat!  Personally, I like the way the U.S. version retained the rectangular portion on front of the desk, keeping up with the tradition!
