Going to a Hollywood Squares taping...

(1/2) > >>

MSTieScott:
I'm going to see what's new with Hollywood Squares this Saturday. I have some questions about being in the audience:

In which taping of the day do they shoot three episodes, and in which taping do they shoot two?

Is it possible for an audience member to attend both tapings of a day (all five episodes)?

I'm assuming CBS Television City will let you park in their lot as they do when The Price is Right tapes, correct?

And is there anything (or anyone) interesting that I should be on the lookout for?

All answers are appreciated. Thanks!

The morning session has 3 episodes.  The afternoon session has two episodes.

Sure  When I was there, there were plenty of seats.

Bring a sign telling people to boycott watching The Insider in 2004(that's the Entertainment Tonight spinoff show threatening to take over Squares' time slot in many cities, which may cause Squares to get an abrupt cancellation after this coming season)

Well, if Squares gets canceled, it surely won't be abrupt.  They'll know about it, and sadly, it's very likely.

It's really no shock that a good show is going to be replaced on crap you can easily see on CJ, Extra, or the whole E! network.

It would be nice to see Squares shopped around to one of the networks for weekly primetime or(G-d heaven forbid) Mon-Fri daytime airing. WHich network, if any of them, would be most willing to do this, is another story. Tom could host if he still wanted to do so, although a primetime weekly version might just sway Uncle Peter back into a full time hosting gig(he certainly seems capable of doing so, even at age 76, given his wonderful performance on Game SHow week last December)
