Looks like GSN's experiment in marathoning a single show on Saturday night won't end with this Saturday's five MG eps. By the way, the schedule on the GSN site has now confirmed the MG string.

Zap2it shows Lingo will get the five-episode treatment next Saturday 3/19. I assume that GSN will continue to rotate other shows into the marathon slot with GAA interstitials.

Nice to see Lingo getting some respect. Maybe the Prof knew something about that fourth season.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, maybe GSN will trot out some of the ToC shows. The finale was terrific, with both teams racking up huge scores. The ToC eps have only gotten one airing, I believe.

And also, one will not have to wait until April 4 to see a variety of Password. My DVR has "Super Password" as the marathon on 3/26.

I suspect SP could be one of the All-Star weeks, but we'll see. Also, the promos for this Saturday night block has Tom Kennedy among the hosts in the final frame. The pic of Kennedy looks to be from P+, so we might be treated to some of that in that Saturday block down the road.

Now, I saw the promo, and I barely caught a pic of Woolery with a weird hairdo.  I assume that could mean Love Connection, OR... could it be for Scrabble?

There was a clip of him on LC, it's LC. They haven't gotten Scrabble, as we would have made a big deal about it here if they had

Could this be the return of our Game Show Saturday Night?

It is, but the 3/19 block is Lingo, which arguably is not a classic yet as the oldest episodes of the GSN run are less than three years old. This goes against the "classic" vibe of the promos for this.

When I heard about the 'Super Password' marathon I thought 'wow'!

I mean it wasn't that long ago when Saturday nights were made of dodgeball, 'Kenny..', 'Who Dare Wins' and the like.

I (and I bet you did to) shared Steve Beverly's opinion that the mentality at the network is  soon becoming 'Bill who?', if it was not at that point already.

For what it's worth, TitanTV's listings are up through then, and they also list Super Password.   Take it for what it's worth.
