Tough question, because he did so many great shows; but if I had to pick, it would be

70s - Break the Bank (honorable mention:  Split Second)
80s - Whew (honorable mention:  syndie Price is Right)

70s--"Split Second."  Great format, great hosting.

80s--"Whew!", on general principles, with honorable mention to "Body Language," because he was so good working with celebs.
