I can kind of see where he's coming from... the synth in the beginning is vaguely reminiscent of the PYL synth. Vaguely. Extremely vaguely. I wouldn't say "sounds like," but rather, "could remind a drunk frat guy of."

Useful information? Me?

Like Mark, my first instinct was that it didn't come close. But after thinking about it, in a weird sort of way the line "some...day...love...will...find...you" does have the meter/rhythm of the PYL theme but not quite the same melody.

So it is still a reach, but not exhorbitantly.

There are some threads that it's just a good idea not to touch with a ten-foot pole. This is one of them.
