Brilliant idea, old chap. Wonder if a vector graphic exists of the TPiR dollar sign. Gotta think it does.

I did a look-see to see if it was still available this morning. Alas, someone snagged the second cel a day after my purchase. I hope it was someone in here.
The colors are so vivid, compared to the final product that made it to air in 1979, whether that was due to the technological limitations of the time, how the animation was recorded, or some other factor(s). I also like it is the frame immediately before the beating of the clock, when man with mallet has the weapon fully cocked back.

So not awful for quick and dirty, though the clear layer didn't work out QUITE how I wanted it to on the other side, which ironically enough was meant to be the side I originally expected to be the side on top:
