Confession time:  I bought the last deck.  Sorry for the potential last-moment snipers.  FOMO is real.  Additionally, it's for a cause I want to support.

I had the high bid but I wasn’t gonna BIN.

Enjoy the purchase; kindly send me a few pictures when it arrives.
I plan to scan them upon arrival.  There is always the shared custody option--you get them on alternating weekends.

Edit:  Adam showed me a pic of the cards.  They won't fit in a regular scanner.  I will have to ask around my school if they have something that can handle the task.

I got lucky when it came time to scan my Gambit deck; my brother-in-law works for a tool and die company and has access to an industrial sized scanner.  If there’s nothing large enough at the school then maybe one of those shops can help.

Dunno if it'll work here but there's an app called Scannable. I haven't used it in a couple years but it sometimes came in handy for documents.

You expect me to use an app like that when I had extreme difficulties scanning legal documents to my phone this summer?

I will give it a try.

I made the 3 1/2 hour trek each way to Rochester today, to pick up the cards.

Initial reactions, besides "Damn.  They are mine.":

1.  These cards are huge.  I think Adam said the dimensions are 21" × 17".  I thought they'd sit nicely in my front passenger seat.  It sat up in the seat, due to the packaging.

2.  These cards are HEAVY, even after removing the cards from their packaging.  The whole deck has to weigh at least 30 lbs.

Some words of warning if any of the other deck winners are in this group.
