TimK2003:
I enjoyed watching PPoT.  Yeah, it could be done better, but I liked the fact they had returning champions, a rarity for any show that's not FF or J! caliber.  At least 25WOL will still have that...for now anyway.

I don't think Melissa Peterman will lose any sleep over the cancellation with her latest gig doing well.

Joe Mello:
A quick glance at our annual schedule thread indicated that PPT and Pictionary were usually not in great positions. I'd argue both became better shows in their 2nd season, and the caffeination of O'Connell & friends actually helps the overall product (at least compared to other versions of the same game).

BrandonFG:
Maybe I needed to watch more episodes, but it felt like PPT and Pictionary kinda made the rules up as they went along. I like how informal the Fox daytime games are, and they took me back to an era where we had wall-to-wall game shows in the mornings. But like GSN's originals, they feel a little half-baked.

Fox's aversion to some sort of scoreboard on the lecterns bugs me too.

At last, the follow-up to "How Do You Like Your Eggs?"

Can you elaborate on this more? I'm not sure what this means.

I eventually figured out that Person, Place or Thing will keep scoreboards up during the final speed round if the game keeps close, but if it ends in a runaway, they'll reveal the blowout once time is up and Melissa does a final recap.
