Don't forget the kids' version of Double Dare as well, occasionally...

There was a Match Game ep with a blind contestant. The only time they had even the slightest difficulty was when he had to spin the star wheel. But that went pretty smoothly, with an assist from Gene.
I seem to recall that the contestant's guide dog was named Princess. Could be wrong, but it's funny how trivial details can stick with you.
I just thought about it, and I found out from Nicholas Mooneyhan's CS '86 Episode Guide, there was a blind contestant.
So, we can add THAT to the list.
Now that you mention it, she wasn't even the first blind contestant CS ever had. There was a blind woman w/guide dog toward the end of the NBC run in 1981.
And a mea culpa for not noticing the "Jeopardy!" in Zach's post.
BrandonFG:
There was another blind contestant on Jeopardy a couple of months ago. He said he was inspired by Timanus' run.

I have watched the show three times and was confused and surprised to see what you had written, for it seemed like it was completely clouded by your bias against Mr. Vasgersian to the point of being entirely incorrect.
Absolutely. Doesn't make me "incorrect" in disliking the show, though. In fact, go back and read what I wrote. I said, essentially, that I would have liked the show if that jackass Vasgersian weren't on it. Even conceding the point about reading the dealer, the guy comes off to me as a smug twit, kinda like Bob Costas, who I respect immensely in every other field of endeavor EXCEPT when he is broadcasting baseball.

I would be willing to do that. I would also hope that any opinion pieces I happen to write following same are taken as just that, my opinion, and not dismissed as "incorrect". You wanna disagree, and provide reasons to back it up, please do, but I stopped being red-penned by teachers years ago.
Avoid the egregious errors and my pen will happily disappear.
I never said that your opinion was incorrect. I said that the information you had presented was incorrect, possibly because you were too busy disliking one of the hosts.
