Small item prizes on game shows

Further to my post about having a game show type day at work - we want to give out small prizes as well - along the game show theme.

So far we've thought of Rice-a-roni and Turtle Wax.

Can anyone else think of other 'classic' type prizes?

Thanks!

See the two threads called "Prize Hall of Fame" in the archives section of this message board.

Yes. Mogen David concord wine. Throw in some Z-Brick, too.

Lee Press On Nails would be another, Sarah Coventry Jewelry(though I dunno if that's made anymore), Mary Kay Cosmetics, Clorets Gum, and the up and coming classic Zims Crack Creme also come to mind.

And, of course, a copy of the Spiegel catalog. Spiegel, Chicago 60609.
This isn't a plug, but you can ask me about my book.

A Chevrolet Chevette. :-P

How about a KFC gift certificate or Shasta soda?

Besides the Chevette, how about the 1969 SUbaru model that David Johnson talked about on Usenet. LMAD gave it away at the time, and it was worth about $1400 at the time as was so poorly designed that the tires couldn't withstand a collision with a watermelon.

In their defense, how often do you come across watermelons in the road? :)

If you ever travel with Gallagher, it seems to happen a lot.

Another one for you: A free rental of the Rug Doctor, which gets steaming mad at dirt.
