And Hola a) works like absolute crap and b) when it DOES work, injects ads into the websites you use it with and tries to get you to download crapware. Which would be fine if they were up-front about it, but they very much aren't.
At least MH is being straight(-er) about it, and I would imagine if you are using it to watch a lot of BBC content, $40 a year probably sounds like a reasonable deal. (That said, they are going to find that charging for the service is going to attract the attention of the people whose restricted sites the service is (with questionable legality) circumventing, and I don't see that ending well for them. Or, more to the point, their customers who they are now financially beholden to.)
Not sure I'd pay for the full year, because if they are still operating a year from now I will be shocked.
