Here are the ratings...

Beat the Chefs (Thursday 8am-2pm): 75K Lowest: 49,000 Highest: 96,000
Minute to Win It (Thursday 2pm-6pm): 156K Lowest: 96,000 Highest: 201,000
Who Wants to be a Millionaire (Friday 8am-1:30pm): 135,000 Lowest: 78,000 Highest: 199,000
Family Feud (Harvey) (Friday 1:30pm-7pm): 430,000 Lowest: 307,000 Highest: 482,000

What else can I say? Harvey dominated the marathons. It makes me think we might be getting a mid-afternoon Feud hour soon enough. But what concerns me is Minute to Win It, considering it's been given a second marathon on Christmas Eve. Also, I'm very disappointed with Regis' Millionaire, and from that, any hopes of post-2010 Millionaire coming to the network in the future, or other quizzers. Then on Friday, Harvey Feud gains 54% of its audience at 1:30pm over the 1pm ep. of Millionaire.

Beat the Chefs didn't even crack 100K, for obvious reasons. Monday's new episodes ran 196K at 8pm and 143K at 9pm. The 8pm episode lost 52% of its audience from the 7pm Karn Feud hour.

Newlywed struggled with a 280K Thursday night average, and Improv-a-Ganza averaged 179K on Friday night. Without those two nights, primetime did great.

There's a lot of competition on Thanksgiving, what with parades, football games, holiday specials and if the kids need to be occupied, pop in a DVD.  There's also dinner with the TV off somewhere in there.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

Okay, I'll bite, what's the obvious reasons?

With all due respect, you might want to stop with all the speculative theories. You've been debunked on just about every idea you've matter-of-factly thrown out there.

The other day at work we were looking at a line graph that was tracking concurrent Xbox LIVE users per hour, covering Thanksgiving week. On the day of, there was a precipitous drop in concurrent users that puzzled people...until they figured out that it was hitting right when the football games were starting.

NFL games affect GSN (amongest other networks) on Sunday afternoons from about 1pm-7pm.
There's insightful analysis for you: people prefer watching football to other things when football games are available.

Wha? Really? I am shocked.
Me: Of all of the game shows you've hosted besides Jeopardy!, like High Rollers or Classic Concentration, which is your favorite?
Alex Trebek: I'd have to say To Tell The Truth, because it was the first time in my career that I got to sit down while I was hosting.
