Posting information which would be libelous if it turned out to be false is not allowed here. Claudia Jordan has not sued Barker for sexual harrasment. That information turned out to be false, I don't care who the source is.

Paul Harvey can afford big-ticket lawyers to defend himself if he libels someone. We can't.

What's so hard to grasp about that?

Chris, I'm not having trouble grasping anything. I'm not some 5th grade dropout that has trouble understanding. I'm totally abiding by your rules, but I have just one question...Since when is it libel to quote another's comment(when you reveal the source)?
Please answer this and I'll leave this forum to the ones who 'grasp' it best.

Which explains why you could make such an asinine comment. If you "skip past my posts", as you claim, you don't see the content, and therefore can't see the contributions I have made.

Now, if you want to judge me based on my overall history, that's certainly your choice, but you're a hypocrite to do that and then accuse me of "(not making) ONE positive comment"

Regardless of whether it's libelous or not, it is frowned upon here unless the source is more reliable than Paul Harvey who, as previously stated, could have been using the same radio prep service everyone else uses and which turned out to be in error. If the source were a wire service or a major network, newspaper or news magazine we'd be OK with it. As it is, we don't even know where Paul Harvey DID get his information -- I'm only guessing that he got it from a radio prep service.
