$20,000 Pyramid

Over at the "This IS the $25,000 Pyramid!" site in the $20,000 Pyramid pics section, there is a picture of Clark talking to somebody behind the main game board after the Big 7 card turned up. The caption reads "Was the Big 7 card REALLY in there?" I'm totally oblivious to what went on just then. Can anyone fill me in?

Dick's hand gesture, which looks like a two, suggests it was the second Big 7 that day. Of course the rule was the Big 7 came up once each day - or once every set of twelve front game categories.
