Intertelespan

Stumbled upon this a while back. Turns out that post-Barry, B&E made some Spanish language game shows through something called Intertelespan.

- Danny Heller's LinkedIn refers to Intertelespan as "B&E's Spanish language production arm."

- Frank Torres worked at B&E until 1993, which I think is longer than B&E is generally assumed to have been in operation.

- Niels Canelo's resume lists some of these Spanish language shows - Siempre Hay Una Suegra, Adivinelo Con Seņas, and Uno Nunca Sabe. It also mentions an English language precursor to The View called Cristina & Friends with Cristina Ferrare, co-produced with Fred Silverman and Buena Vista.

- According to Entertainment Weekly, Siempre Hay Una Suegra was a Newlywed Game clone involving the mother-in-law that aired on Telemundo.

- For the curious, there are clips of Adivinelo Con Seņas on YouTube. Menudo playing charades!
