 ALan Alda was the celeb in the clip. It could be a clip from an opening to one of the $10K shows GSN showed last year.

 I paused the tape when that clip came up.  My guess is that it is from The Joker's Wild after the set change in the early 80's.

And for anyone that cares, the contestant Richard on the previously billed "Mystery Clip" came from the final episode of TJW with Bill Cullen.
