Nick GAS video reception

I was just seeing if its just me... NickGAS comes in fine on my cable box however the video slides from left to right (looks like a bad tape) but the audio is fine and it happens on all shows and commercials.  I have Comcast cable near Pittsburgh.  Is anybody else experiencing this?

The audio and video occasionally become disproportionate for me, but the picture is crystal clear.
