Is it confirmed that "fastest-finger" will be a part of the summer series?  If they're going with both contestant search and phone qualifiers, a fastest-finger round would be unfair to the people who bypassed the phone qualification.

If no fastest-finger round, there will be no goofy gestures.

No callback here.  I was on vacation last week (got back yesterday) and had my cell phone on the whole time.  I figured I wouldn't get The Call after the sixth hour of waiting.
