Based on what I've heard, the only thing The Ortegas is showing Fox is why NBC passed on it.  Its status, AFAIK, is it's been pushed back to midseason, but with Bernie Mac now in its slot, 24 and The OC returning next week, and American Idol 3 waiting in the wings, it's possible it may go the way of The Grubbs.  Its only hope is if Arrested Development disappoints.  (If Fox gives up on Wanda at Large or Luis this soon, it'll take a lot of flak from the NAACP.)

As for Coupling, what's a Thursday night NBC schedule without six people sharing an apartment and swapping sex jokes?  My answer: a big improvement! [rim shot]

--- Quote ---As for Seinfeld royalties, keep in mind that O'Hurley only gets paid for episodes he was in, and he was only in twenty or so.  Yes, it's a nice chunk of change but we're not talking Jamie Farr money or anything.

So that's why we haven't seen Jamie (or Gary Burghoff, for that matter) since that one Memorial Day marathon on GSN.

COUPLING may be back for this Thursday, but it is being yanked for at least the first night of the November sweeps (10/30/03).  That's not a good sign.

From what I read, it will air tomorrow, but not again for four weeks.

ObGameShows: Card Sharks 2001 was a piece of shit.

The article didn't say anything about how much the ring cost, now, did it?  :-)
