Cbs Winnings Cap Still $125,000?

 Well then, let's hope they also win $10,000 on the Showcase Showdown to offset some of that.  And while we're at it, let's be sure they get the extra $500 for a perfect bid!

Seriously, it's theoretically possible for somebody to win hundreds of thousands of dollars on a single episode of Jeopardy, yet the all-time record is only $50K.   Just because something is theoretically possible doesn't mean it's going to happen.

 Ditto with WOF, and the highest one day total on that show is $122K(the duo who won all the rounds and toss up puzzles on said show, including the $100K in the Bonus Round, during the Family week last December)
