The report about the new Aussie $otC game made me curious: Which non-American home games do you own? Which do you actually play?

I own Definition (Canadian), Treasure Hunt (British), Family Fortunes (British), Sabado Gigante (Mexican), Show by (Japanese), Blockbusters (British), Junior Blockbusters (British), Le Mot Le Plus Long (French) and Concentration (British).

None get played.

Doesn't the UK version of Concentration have color puzzles?

Fact To Make You Feel Old: Just about every contestant who appears in a Price is Right Teen Week episode from here on out has only known a world where Drew Carey has been the host.

Wow, Chuckie Baby, that's even more than me, I think!

Some I have that haven't been mentioned earlier:

A Kin to Win (Canada)
Reach for the Top (Canada)
Truth or Consequences (Canada)
Chain Letters (UK)
One to Win (UK)
Catch Phrase (UK)
What's My Line? (UK)
Lyckohjulet (Swedish Wheel of Fortune)
Jeopardy (Sweden)

I'll be eager to see The Ol' Guy chime in.  He's got a ton of UK stuff, including a vintage Dotto.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

Reach for the top has a home game Matt?  Any chance that you have some pictures somewhere?

Hi, all -
Not a ton like Sir Chuck, but enough for now..

Canadian:
A Kin To Win
Definition
Reach For The Top

UK
Call My Bluff
Take Your Pick
$64,000 Question (Monkhouse on cover)
Every Second Counts
Double Your Money
Ask Me Another
Blockbusters and separate Gold Run Card Game
Strike It Lucky (Parker)
Concentration - early one w/o rebus puzzles
Generation Game
Chain Letters
Blankety Blank
Bob's Full House
Password
2 Mastermind knockoffs
The Price Is Right (Peter Pan vers.)
Countdown (Milton Bradley)
A Question of Sport
Catch Phrase
Dotto, as Matt mentioned, and
the UK version of the 1950s daytimer For Love Or Money (instead of a "dancing decimal", it has a spinner device that puts a slash mark - 14/256 - through the numbers on the cash machine). And if the insert sheet is correct, there is also a UK home version of the 1950s "Keep It In The Family" that would be a plum to find!
I don't know if I'd call Sabato necessarily a Mexican game..even though it's an Hispanic show, isn't the MB version a bi-lingual American release? If someone else has one directly from Mexico, that's good enough for me!

And yes, Matt...they're in the will when I croak. Call the Mrs.
Hope to snag another copy of UK Call My Bluff to make a home version of WordPlay. But as has been said in some other thread - postage is a killer!

Very impressive all!

BTW, my Concentration is the Chad Valley edition without puzzles. I forgot I just bought Blankety Blank (British) last month.

Let's revive a two-year old thread!

Just added:
$otC Australian. Found in a Ventura, California thrift store.
Der Preis ist Heiß Germany's TPiR. Trade via Boardgame Geek.  There are two prizes in the game I have never seen on the American series: a car battery and a pony.

No sir.  I most certainly have not.  Besides, I live in Anaheim, not Ventura.  :D

I've got one to my name - UK "Super" Blockbusters, featuring the Gold Run with accompanying spiffy golden hexagons.  The setup blows MB's Colorforms approach out of the water.

I have both versions of Waddington's Blockbusters--regular (which I'd like to sell) and Super--plus a First Edition Eye Guess game that was made in Australia, where it was hosted by someone named Jimmy Hannan; the cover shows him holding a mic and standing in front of the Aussie TV version of the board.
