[quote name=\'Jay Temple\' date=\'Jan 24 2006, 08:52 AM\']I read somewhere that the prize contestants refuse most often is trips.

But that could just be because it's the only prize contestants can't sell. ;)

Hmm, the snowboards, snowmobiles, chandeliers, and a year's supplies of flowers by FTD that TPIR has offered at one time or another. Who really needs that many flowers?

Who really wants that much Turtle Wax? I dunno about y'all, but for me a year's supply is one bottle. :)

Who goes on a GS hoping to win a hovercraft, which was offered in the debut playing of TPiR's short-lived Gallery Game?

That Games People Play carpeting (it's absolutely Jorges!) was on *every* damn game show back then.  The schlockmeisters must've been given a ton of that to give out.

Actually, my parents proudly display one in their front yard.  They are really into fire truck-related stuff, including two actual fire trucks.

Now, if I could only get one of those answering machines given away on Talkabout...

One man's trash, I guess. I think having my own hot-dog cart would be a blast. Haven't you noticed that the best hot dogs in the WORLD come off of carts?

Also, from TPiR...Season Tixs for the Dodgers, Lakers, and Kings.  Last year, if I won, the nearest professional rink or arena is 6-8 hours away.
