WML? live LA show on 8/17
« on: August 03, 2005, 01:05:45 PM »
According to the list of upcoming panelists for the WML? show in LA, Peter Tomarken is slated to be a panelist on August 17th.  The timing is impeccable, as several GS Congress attendees, myself included, will be at WML? that evening.

Not to be anal, but it's 8/17. Or maybe somebody's doing a new version of "Time Machine."

D'oh.  My damn fat fingers.  Obviously I didn't do a good job proofreading my post before submitting it.  That's why you're in journalism and I'm not. ;-)

I could use of those myself (cue sad violin music), since I'll have to be with you in spirit (I'm not slated to arrive in L.A. until that Friday).

And can you make mine chocolate chip instead?  :)

Hi All,

You scooped me!  Glad to hear the word's out.  Intentionally put Mr. Tomarken on that night because of the GSC.  Andy Zax from Beat The Geeks too.  More game-show related bookings to come that night as well.

Hope to see you there!

Best,
J. Keith

Anybody taking bets on how long cool245 will last here?

One of these days I have gotta check out the show, if I can ever save enough money to get to California...sounds like a lot of fun.

Your signature really isn't necessary at all.  There is an ignore function.  Use it.

I'll use it when it calls for it. In brianhenke's case, I don't want to do it, because I always get a chuckle out of his posts (which, for the same reason, I haven't ignored Horan or Karlberg). And I'm not gonna use it if someone tells me to, either.

hahaha... You sure showed me.  Just seems like a waste telling someone to leave when you can just ignore them.

Well, we can take the sad violin music away.  Looks like I've been able to modify my travel arrangements so that I can join y'all after all.

Look forward to seeing y'all there.  :)

Which I wasn't doing. Well, since you want me to use the damn feature so bad, why waste my time talking to you anymore?

Meanwhile back to topic:

I got a really, really stupid question: have the people behind the live show ever considered taking it on the road?
