Well, if you want to count that, then you gotta count Rosie Perez's brilliant J! performance in White Men Can't Jump.  But I think we're going after actual aired footage.

The Shining supposedly had a scene in which Woolery's WoF was playing on TV while Wendy was cooking in the hotel kitchen, but it was deleted from the final release. However, if you managed to secure a reissue "novelization" copy of the original Stephen King version, you can clearly see the puzzleboard from the TV in said pic.

"Diner" features a clip from "College Bowl"...
"That Thing You Do" has a quick snippet of a 1967 episode of "You Don't Say"

I saw the movie "Millions" last night, and there is a brief scene where some of the characters are watching the UK Millionaire. The contestant is going for 250,000 pounds, and gets the question wrong.
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012

In Splash, there is a scene where Daryl Hannah's character is watching Pyramid.
