A voice that sounds an awful lot like Chuck Woolery has done this morning's "coming up next" GSN bumpers. I assume it is him, right?

I don't know if it is him or not, but I, too, thought it sounded like him.

It's him.
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

He IDed himself during the coming up next promo during $100K Pyramid this morning, saying "Love Connection, starring me, Chuck Woolery"

Maybe this bodes well for a possible fourth season of Lingo after all...  I noticed the new voiceover and I should have recognized him, but since I don't watch Love Connection's lead-in--whatever that is--I didn't know for sure until the bumper at the end of Card Sharks--Lingo's lead-in.  Note that in the bumper right before Blockbusters, Chuck acknowledges that it is the Bill Rafferty version.

Ah-ha!  That explains the new voice for the online games promo.  (The one with the high scores)
