Davidson Pyramid Announcer Question

Who announced this?
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

Either Dean Goss or Charlie O' Donnell, IIRC.

Dean Goss, Johnny Gilbert and sometimes even Henry Polic II as a fill-in.

When did Goss announce? I know he did a brief stint w/the Clark version, but I saw a good chunk of Davidson's and don't ever remember him being behind the mike on that version.

I only remember Johnny Gilbert announcing $100K in the first half season(which is all I saw, save for two weeks of the second half season that WWOR reran in February 1992 on a five month delay). But the EOVTGS does list POlic and Goss as announcers, so I'll assume they did so in the second season.

Goss did at least one of the episodes that aired last week on GSN, so those of you who know what time period they run (Dick Cavett is on this week, don't remember the female guest) might be able to use that information to figure out when he was on.

That was early 1988 on the Clark version. Goss was doing High Rollers AND I'm Telling on NBC(if the latter was still taping then) at the time. EOTVGS says Goss announced also on the Davidson $100K, which is what we were originally discussing.

 You're right, I couldn't be more off-topic. My apologies.
