I think the second question round was the exact same one as the one that aired on Saturday 9/4!!!!!!!!!! It just seemed so familiar... correct me if I'm wrong!

I believe 2 of the questions were indeed the same as the "original" 1st day of Back-To-School Week. Now, if Jason Hernandez would care to explain, we could get some insight as to why Bill Carruthers or CBS decided to trash the 1st episode. ;) BTW, nice of GSN to run the morning shows split-screen free today.

I agree on the non-split today. Twas a really nice feeling... :-)

I doubt you'd get an answer from Carruthers on that, since he's dead (I know you know that already, just felt like saying it). But to be honest... I wouldn't have a clue, and I don't know if Jason would know either. Especially since it was interesting to see that for TWO shows in a row, we faced a triple Whammy Out situation.

I'll have to make a phone call.

 That makes three of us.

Random thought: has GSN realized that these split-screen promos more of a hinderance than a help, or is this just a fluke?  Then again, my guess is there's really nothing to promote, since Celebrity Blackjack and Extreme Dodgeball are both in reruns and I already know what happened on Average Joe: Hawaii.  (I didn't watch it, but I read the entertainment news.  This is why reality TV doesn't repeat well.)

Now about those intrusive "Watch for" graphics...
