I'm wondering about the format of it.......I really can't come up with anything that resembles \"Simon\" and wouldn't move slow as molasses. Has anyone here ever seen it and can fill me in on the format?

Maybe that's why it didn't sell?
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.

It was reported in ATGS that Ralph Edwards made two pilots for the show, the second having the title \"Simon\"

Think Fast on Nickelodeon occasionally used a game resembling SImon as part of the maingame.

Y'know, I was gonna say \"That's why it didn't sell.\" You're on the ball today!

Seriously, though, the best I've been able to come up with is a round of PYL83-style questions to earn the chances at the Simon board and a round of playing Simon for cash.....although that can't be right.

Now, how about Puzzlers? I know it had nothing to do w/ the PYL pilot for Ralph Edwards. What was the object of this game? Who was the announcer? The only thing I know is that it was shot (presumably) for NBC, and packaged by Goodson-Todman/MGP. Just out of curiosity, was this show titled as an MGP or Goodson-Todman?  Any info on this show is greatly appriecated.

Puzzlers was a Goodson-Todman production.
