To the best of my knoledge, the lady who practically went "topless" while entering Contestant's Row from TPIR back in the late '70's or early '80's.  WHOOPS!  I guess CBS nearly caught that one before it truly got "exposed".

It was on the pricing game "Master Key" that Bob did his Chuck Norris-esque karate chop.

I'll tell one of my faves:

The "lost" Newlywed Game episode: "That'd be in the (beep), Bob!"

You make it sound like the contestant who said that did so with authority and pride, which wasn't really the case.

As for one of my favorite bloopers, Chuck Barris destroying the GONG curtain during the final week of the NBC daytime run ranks right up there.

For me, GR's "dimples/nipples" screw up was one of the most hilarious bloopers ever...game show or otherwise.

It wasn't exactly a "blooper" per se, but when Carol Burnett's on TTTT introducing Garry Moore, and his chair is missing when he goes to sit down and falls on the floor.

To settle this rather odd argument, Barker has kicked both Squeeze Play and Master Key.  I don't know of a time that he ever "attacked" Ten Chances.

And IIRC, he's kicked Squeeze Play twice.

Fave blooper: either Patricia Bernard or Dick Clark accidentally throwing away a piece of paper of The $20,000 Pyramid. What made the latter so funny was that the cameraman didn't tell Dick that he was on.
"I just wanna give a shoutout to my homies in their late-30s who are watching this on Paramount+ right now, cause they couldn't stay up late enough to watch it live!"

Now celebrating his 21st season on GSF!

Speaking of Pyramid, a favorite of mine was when Vicki Lawrence got mad and left the $100,000 Pyramid set after struggling all week.
