It was 195 episodes a season from 1984-86, 230 episodes has been the norm since the 1986-87 season.

zachhoran, are you posting as irismason too so that you can impress us all with whatever book you're looking up these irrelevant facts in?  If not, why must you feed the troll?  Anyone who would ask a question like that, clearly knows the answer.

Irismason is not a troll. The moderators don't allow trolls in there. Iris asked a legitimate question, whether he actually knew the answer is up for speculation. Google Advanced search is as good as most game show tomes that have been produced.

My pronoun of choice in describing IM42 is s/he - the "Iris" makes me think it's a woman, the "Mason" makes me think it's a guy.

Maybe IM42 is a shim.

Maybe IM42 can reply to this and clear up any confusion! :)

I'm sure Marsha Mason would be thrilled to know her last name makes you think she's a man.  :-)

Well, sometimes people combine names for one username, especially if they use it a lot between them.

My school of thought is that it's combined for Iris and Mason. But I can definitely understand your side, thinking it's someone named Iris Mason.

But because s/he never replies to any of our inquiries, to quote that old Tootsie Roll commercial...."The world may never know". :)

How many times do you have to lick Iris Mason to find out her actual gender?
