Apparently as a spin-off of his sucessful Food Network series, Marc Summers is going to be hosting a new game show called Trivia Unwrapped.  All we know about it so far is that it debuts in late August....

FN's also running a \"borderline\" GS called Date Plate...think of it as their version of the Dating Game, where two bachelors prepare a meal to impress a woman, who chooses one of the 2 based on the quality of their respective meals.

Not to mention \"Food Fight,\" in which two groups compete to make some sort of signature dish of where they live.  If you consider \"Iron Chef\" a game show in the broad sense, you might consider this one in the same category.

You would also need your head examined, because Iron Chef is no more a game show than pro wrestling is.

Such vitriol, young Padawan Lemon...

This board is new. Therefore many topics will be revisited.

As for head examinations, that's just not nice.

Y'know, I think this could work as a Hit Man-type show w/ good cross-promotion...show a snippet of \"Unwrapped\" and have players answer questions based on what they saw. Each show could be a different food.
