The ABC App on FireTV/Roku offers it under the Live TV Menu Option as well if you're looking for the traditional on TV experience.

So far, the format seems to be running entire seasons in order, before switching to the next show. In TTTT's case, they might be showing the entire series up to this point in order before switching.

I skipped ahead over a week in the guide, and it only lists TTTT and the 2 seasons of Sweep. No other shows.
However, there might be something wonky going on because for S6 of TTTT, they're listing 28 episodes and I don't think they made that many?

they did. S6 aired 28 eps between 1/21 and 4/22. Some outlets called the back half of that S7 but they all have 6xx episode numbers.
