TPIR's "Back to 72"

Query:

Watching this game again today reminded me to ask this question to the board.

Has anyone lost the game?

It's too easy in it's current setup. The range is too small for a $50 spread. Even when the contesti is a dingbat and makes it harder to win (by putting the picker too close to the ends to still have room to cover the spread), it's still won every time I see it.

Oh, and I've never seen a win for Stack The Deck. Ever.

According to this, Back to '72 has an 11-3 record so far.

Also, don't feel bad for never seeing a Stack the Deck win... in its entire history, it's 32-161, including 0-9 for Season 50.

I'm surprised it's been on that many times. I'm not surprised that it's comparable to the record of Cliff Hangers (10-4) since it's effectively the same concept.
This signature is currently under construction.

Which makes one wonder: if it's going to be that hard a game to win, why not play it for a higher-level prize (e.g., a 30K-ish car)?
