This "classic American game show" requires valid passports because it's going to be recorded in... the UK!

Actually going to the site and reading the eligibility requirements returns the answer:

(All travel related expenses to the UK, such as flight and hotel will be covered by the production company (in accordance with customary policies and budgetary parameters).

Okay yeah. I didn't read that part. Since I don't have a passport I had no intention of doing this, so I didn't read that far.

The eligibilty requirements suggest they'll be taping between August 12-22. Regarding passports, you'll need one that's good through the end of 2022 and as of early August would be more than six months away from expiring.

I hate to nick pick, but I'm sure they mean "taping" instead of "filming." I was in the TV business for a long time as a writer/editor and cannot understand others in the same business who don't know the difference, or would rather be inaccurate than accurate.

No tape or film is involved. Maybe they should say "recording"?
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.
