And it’s also a way for them to get a little more commercial time- IIRC, Whew was in a 25 minute slot and not 30…

What are some other Sugarman productions that could potentially make it to Buzzr now that this agreement is in place?
Been holding out for Celebrity Sweepstakes since it was on the survey a couple years ago and a couple nighttime studio masters of eps 2 and 12 are floating around.

This is lovely news! Can't wait to see it again (or, in the case of most episodes, for the first time)!

First off, my jaw dropped when I heard this news earlier today. Good work, Mr. Deetjen! More proof to "never say never". Speaking of that survey, Blanquepage, let's take a quick look back at that 2019 survey and the choices under the "What would you like added to the Buzzr schedule" question to see what's changed in nearly two years time:

Shows that have aired on Buzzr
*Concentration (Narz)
*Whew!

Shows that were supposed to air on Buzzr, but got pulled at the 11th hour
*25 Words Or Less

Shows that have their own Pluto TV channel
*The Price Is Right (with host Bob Barker)

Shows that were choices on the survey, but have yet to air on Buzzr
*Scattergories
*Wheel of Fortune
*High Rollers
*Win Ben Stein’s Money
*Remote Control
*Celebrity Sweepstakes
*Shop Till You Drop
*Scrabble
*Bruce Forsyth’s Hot Streak
*Jeopardy!
*Liar’s Club

There was also another question regarding relationship shows with Dating Game, Newlywed Game, and Bzzz!..the last of which can go into the "aired" section too. Thanks for the consolidated memory refresher! An interesting Watch List worth keeping an eye on as they acquire more content.

Well, Buzzr waves that magic wand again, and I can't wait!

Apparently they agree about the rules of the show, hence their need to explain:

Well, there’s really only two others (Wizard of Odds and Celebrity Sweepstakes); I would have to guess the former is wiped and the latter is up in the air based on what I read from the info available.

If they're doing another Lost And Found in September I could totally see one of these come up (if they have an ep or two but not enough for a run)....

Just saw that on the network as well.

Be honest guys, if in 2015, someone said Classic Concentration, MGHS, Narz Concentration and Whew! would all be on Buzzr, would you have believed them?

Not only would I not have believed him, I probably would’ve ridiculed him.

All within the next 5 years." - Me.
Let's put that in a time capsule and see how it ages. If none of it happens, I accept all the ridicule. ;D

Holy 'effin A, Batman!

Gotta say thank you to Wink and John Ricci for helping make this a reality!  And thank you to Burt Sugarman for finally letting this show (and who knows what else???) come out of his vaults.

Hopefully, this show will be just as popular to the general public who watches Buzzr as it already is to us uber fans.

Looking forward to seeing that certain Detective face the Gauntlet (with all the Pomp & Circumstance, I might add) after an on-air injury weeks before on the show.

Looking forward to seeing the Randy Amasia shows "in the clear" without the NOT FOR BROADCAST bug on the screen.

This is gonna be fun!

/ And Pat, Faith and Debbie all thank you, too!

High Rollers I have suspicions about.  And it harkens back to whatever Fremantle accomplished to get MG/HS back on.  For they had to finally come up with a deal with MGM for the HS portion, right?  Which makes me wonder....could that open the door to get anything surviving from the H/Q or Orion libraries back on the air, such as Rollers, or indeed the "legit" versions of Squares?

I would have laughed and asked what good pharmaceuticals they were taking.

Hot damn this is going to be a treat to watch.
