What would happen if only the 1 was left in the main game?

From what I remember seeing here, whoever rolled loses the round.

In the main game, they'd play one final question, and whoever wins that question gets the round by default. In the Big Numbers, it's a game over and a check for $800, even if they have an insurance marker in their possession.

Also worth noting, it was not permitted to use an insurance marker to void a good roll just to prevent a solitary 1 on the board.
