I remember there was a deck from the 90’s Eubanks pilot that came up about 10 years or so ago- that sold for about $200 IIRC...

This deck is pushing $600 with a few hours left. I can only imagine what a deck from “Card Sharks” would go for.

About $350 a few years ago, I believe. And it had the prize cards!

Final sale price: $911.01 (obvious meaning to that number).

But not any meaning related to Gambit, is it?

Well, there were 19 hijackers in all and 2 towers they hit, that makes 21 and that's a $500 bonus.

But do they also get the Matchbox car?

I thought that was a Revell kit...which means they'd also win the fun job of having to put it together.

Well, either the person who won it reneged and there was a relisting or there’s a 2nd deck for sale by the same person...

It's another deck. I sent a message to the seller earlier.

I’m sort of shocked- what kind of a situation came about that got the seller in the position to acquire not one, but TWO 40-plus year old Gambit decks?

(I do wonder how often they had to make new decks to use- you figure they had to have at least a couple of dozen decks to use each taping session, since every match and every bonus round used a different deck. And over time they would get torn, bent up, and stained..over the 4 years of the show the prop department probably had to make a lot of them.)

The best episode of Storage Wars EVER.  Stay tuned.

I’m just bummed to find out I don’t have the only remaining complete deck anymore; that really kills the future resale value.  Oh well.

(pffft, like I’m ever selling mine anyway)
