Between the generally held belief that the ep with Jay and Carol was the final new show to air - and that the final new show to tape (#340) airs this coming Friday

Is this the first time Buzzr has aired a series finale of any show? 

 For the life of me I can't think of a single other last episode to air on the channel prior to now.  Their runs of shows have typically been the first 40-200 shows of series that often lasted for a thousand or more episodes; even in shows where they rotate episodes from later in the run (Dawson 'FF, MG, Perry's CS) they've still never ran the last shows, and I can't recall any finale-themed marathons or last shows coming up in other ones.

As best as I can tell, yes.
