BUZZR Streaming Question

Has anybody had a problem with streaming BUZZR on their computer? I've had no problem watching on my phone, but any time I've tried doing the same on my computer, it doesn't work (regardless of whether I'm using Firefox or Google Chrome).

Thoughts?

For me, I'll try to record it with VLC, and sometimes it works, sometimes it'll cut out abruptly (in a way that ruins the recording). Began going really haywire towards the end of October.

It's been happening to me lately. In fact, it just happened several times in the last half-hour. It used to happen occasionally, but it's fairly common now.

Has the stream gone kaput for anyone else, today? It stopped during TPiR for me.

My streaming started working again on my computer a few days ago, still working today. Not sure what happened.

Pluto TV is also an option.
