I don't get the whole Funko thing.

That said, I *totally* want the Trebeks.

The figurines are available for pre-order on Amazon now, but you can't be sure which Trebek you'll get ("styles may vary").

That’s how the “Chase” figurines work when you purchase online. You can’t just buy a Chase figurine (unless it’s for re-sale or in a physical store). They are just randomly what you may get if you purchase the regular figurine.

I'm actually sort of shocked that they haven't made a PYL Whammy one yet- that would be perfect for something like this...

Thanks for the bump; non-chase Trebek obtained for addition to Teh Shrine.

What's the difference between chase and not-chase?

For every 5 non-chase (new school) Trebeks, there is 1 chase (old school) Trebek.  That's what a GameStop employee told me.

Cosmetically, the Chase version has the 'stache while the non-Chase one does not. Is it a big deal? No of course not. :) But if you're gonna have a Trebek action figure, might as well have the 'stache. :)

And yeah, 1:5 is the ratio they told me at Funko HQ as well.
