NATPE 2019
« on: January 18, 2019, 11:15:47 PM »
NATPE 2019 starts up next week in Miami and, for the first time in years, it will be a hot market for new syndicated series to enter the marketplace.

Currently, it appears just one game show will debut at this year's NATPE -- Meredith Vieira's "25 Words or Less", which has already been cleared for Fall 2019.

One show that may be on the bubble is WWTBAM, as analysts expect that show and "Right This Minute" to be dropped by ABC O&Os in favor of Tamron Hall's new chat show.

In addition, several celebrities with game show connections, including Betty White, Rita Moreno, Henry Winkler and Byron Allen, will be honored at NATPE with Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Awards.

How long is it before we usually hear of the results of these convention talks?
