It's essentially Contract Password.

It premiered tonight and it's pretty delightful. Two teams of 3 (a civilian and two celebrities) play, the winning contestant getting a chance at $10,000. It's very much the box game (which has been rightly described as "Contract Password"), with a final round that both contestants play where rather than bidding the number of clues they're willing to use the contestants choose the words they'd like to play (easy, medium, or difficult, with corresponding point values).

Meredith keeps things moving nicely, and the contestants and celebrities played well. I hope this gets a full-season pickup.
